Is this really true? I've read so many controversial things on it. Just wondering if anyone knows a definite answer? And if it is true, besides celery, what are some of the foods?

I don't buy into it. There are programs, such as weight watchers who have "free foods" but they still have calories. If you are counting calories, you should add them into your diary. IMO0

There is no such thing as a zero calorie food. Unless you count water.0

Unicorns are zero-calorie. And also, bald eagle tears. But only virgin bald eagle tears.0

That's what I thought. I have always counted every calorie because I didn't believe it. Thanks!0
