looking for more accountability friends. I'm looking to lose 30 lbs but have been using these excuses for not exercising and eating healthy: work full-time, mom to two children under 5, hubby works away, hypothyroidism since my 2nd sons pregnancy, list goes on!! Time to put a stop to the excuses and start living a happier, healthy life! If you can relate, have been successful and think you can help me, I would love your support. Thanks! I have an open journal and am starting fresh today :)

I too have fallen off track. Excuses are way too easy...but I determined that I can not keep making excuses.

I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. But for the past couple of years I have kidded myself into thinking my weight didn't matter. Now I am feeling the effects it is having on my health. So for the first time in my life Im not looking to lose weight to fit in to a certain size or see a certain number on the scale. I just want to get healthy! Looking to make some MFP friends as I start this new journey in my life!
