Since I started about 2 months ago Krav Maga has been my main cardio throughout the week. It's ridiculous how exhausting 2 minute all out bag drills are. More intense then any Insanity video I've ever done.

I will chime in.. Running. I just got a treadmill for those rainy and cold days, but so far I hate it. I feel like it needs a wheel on it so I can feel like a hamster.. Outdoor running all the way...

I love dancing. Music moves me. I love techno and dubstep and there is no way you can sit still listening to that. I'm usually out of breath after an hour of dancing like no one can see me.

Mostly walking and running outside or on a track inside with some hiking and elliptical mixed in depending on the weather. More rarely I do kayaking, step, hula hoop, and jumping rope.

Hiking, jogging, sprinting, or a finisher type workout to end a strength session. That about covers all my conditioning needs.

    Rebounding "to" Leslie Sansone DVDs.......

Okay - it's not really "to" the DVD. I basically use it as a rough guide.

When the light is about to turn red while crossing the street, I pick up my pace a little.

Oh, we so need a like button. So funny.

My go-to cardio is workout DVDs I can do at home and sometimes the Elliptical at the gym.

Unfortunately true though! No cardio for me. And I don't even run across the street THAT fast. lol

Running 2 miles on my treadmill with some sprints tossed in. Doesn't hurt my joints doing that short of a distance, but gets we drenched. Is a good workout.

Rowing, on water. But not too much as it interferes with my strength gains
