For me, today:
Good- I got into and zipped up jeans I could not fit into a few weeks ago
Bad- They were last year's fat jeans

    Good: I hit below 155 today.
    Bad: It's the third time I've hit it. I've been eating too many calories and carbs lately.

    Bad: The pizza I had last night tasted terrible.
    GOOD: The pizza was so bad I only ate two slices.

    Good: I made a couple of really good pumpkin sugar, free, crustless cheesecakes over the Canadian Thanksgiving holidays

    Bad: They were really good and I ate so much that I stopped my weight loss for a couple of weeks and started craving some carbs again.

    Good: I've managed to limit my intake of the sweets and nachos available 5 ft from me
    Bad: I gained a pound over the past week with my boyfriend's birthday and a visit home.

    Good.......I'm back to losing weight. Bad......it's only 4 ozs. less than the last time I actually lost weight.
