I'm not sure how to start here. I have been heavy for years and been on and off diet plans for the last 20 plus years. I've recently lost about 87 pounds and then hit a brick wall over the last 6 months. It was just last week that I woke up and decided it was time to get back on track seriously. I still have about 1110-120 pounds left to lose. Frankly I could use all the motivational help I can get to get through the next 3 quarters of my journey. I'm 28 years old and this is the 2nd real serious attempt that I am making to get the weight off of me. I started My journey in July of 2014 and the 87 pounds that was lost was done through hard work. Now I need friends who will help me stay on track. I'm looking for friends who can help with the next step of my journey. trying to get to my healthy and overjoyed place.
