Toning

Hello!
I am in need of some ideas on how to tone up at home. I have lost a significant amount of weight and have a lot of loose skin. I have decided NOT to have the skin removed. I also suffer from lupus, and MS so I need something low impact, and easy on my joints.
Thanks!

I have been using Ellen Barrett for about a year and really like her. She combines Pilates, yoga, and ballet with light weights and low impact. Lots of emphais on flexibility (esp. in the back) and balance. Don't let the light weights fool you; the way that they are used will challenge you. If you'd like to check her out, she has a few on YouTube which are good: Barefoot Cardio and Zen Sculpt are my favorite; Fat Burning Fusion is also good. Skinny Sculpt is a good dvd to try. Reviews on sites like www.collagevideo.com might be helpful.
I'm ready to move on to include other things, like barre work. FitnessBlender seems to have good options on YouTube or strength; they are also next on my list. They might be worth checking out to see if they fit waht you need.
Good luck!0
