Hey there I'm Ashley! I previously used this and saw great progress with it. I got swamped with work and such my senior year of college and didn't have as much time to workout or log, but now that I am graduated and have a brand new teaching job I am ready to get back on track and into shape.     Hi :) I'm always looking for more motivation! I've lost 30 lbs so far and I have 10-15 more lbs to go to reach my goal. These last few are really killers and I've been working super hard to get them off.

    Hi! I lost it by using and tracking EVERYTHING with MFP and by doing P90x.

    You can add friends by clicking on their names and once your on their profile there is a button that says "Add Friend". Hope this helps!
