I am 23, weigh about 165 at 5'4" and I'm trying to get back down to 135. I've been trying to workout more like I used to but I haven't seen much results. I have IBS and enjoy my beer and not very good at staying in a diet. I've been eating healthier and less food and been starting with cardio again. I guess my question is should I not drink my protein powder after I run and only drink it after I do weights? And should I do more weight training then cardio for weight loss?

Yes - more weight training, and less cardio. More protein after weights, than after cardio.0
