weight loss

I've noticed I'm losing weight too fast, I'm eating up to the indicated calorie consumption and exercising 3 - 4 times a week. I do defensive training up to 3 hrs on Monday's and insanity workout for 30 mins on Monday's as well and then gym at night. Every other day I go to the gym for at least 1 hr 30min.
Is it normal to lose weight this fast? I'm trying to replace what I lose with muscle but I don't see increasment in weight.

At the beginning it's normal due to loss of water weight. If you've been at it for more than a few weeks, though, I'd either up your activity level or eat more of your exercise calories back. You aren't going to gain muscle in a calorie deficit, however.0

How long have you been trying to lose weight? How much weight have you lost per week? How much weight do you have to lose?
It is hard to give an answer without information.0 -
Not long. I just started 2 weeks ago. I want to either maintain my weight or gain weight - muscle weight. I have lost already 6lbs.0

Either eat at maintenance and recomp (slow fat loss/slow muscle gain) or cut then bulk. Muscle can typically not be gained while eating at a deficit.
Are you eating your goal + exercise calories? If not, then you are either creating a deficit or making your existing deficit larger. However, it's not unusual to see a large amount of water weight come off within the first couple weeks.

6 pounds in 2 weeks? Have you set mfp to a weightloss by accident?
If you were trying to lose weight I would just say it's water weight and give it more time.
But since your trying to maintain I would say your logging of food and/or exercise is way off. Creating a larger deficit instead of maintaining.
Double check your logging and settings.
Give it a week or two and up your activity levels in mfp if your still losing
How are you estimating exercise?0
