@paulcenso Listen to @rabbitjb. She does lift heavy. The number breakdown for fats and protein is good.

I think you can guess the first thing I am going to say is - eat more, a lot more.
Start upping your calories by 100-150 a day for a week, then up them again until you reach your maintenance calories.
This is easier on you physically and mentally than just going from where you are now to 2000+ cals. Don't worry if your weight jumps up, it is not fat, your water and glycogen levels are adjusting. It will even out.
Try to cut down on the protein drinks and eat real food. What you ate before, but smaller portions, or start developing a menu that suits how you want to continue.
If that is the best you can do for breakfast, OK, I am not a breakfast person either so quite often have a coffee, protein bar and orange.
You really need to start eating normal food now- incorporate more fruit, vegetables, and fats. No food is good or bad- everything is OK in moderation.
A high protein diet can sometimes leave one lacking in other vital nutrients.
Find a macro split that works for you. I do 40c/30p/30f. And am nicely satiated.
@rabbitjb had good advice about starting a weight lifting programme. There are a number of good ones that just take 3 times a week. If you have time/inclination, you would probably love the results.
Cheers, h.
I'm very afraid to drop the Herbalife shakes and strictly protein because I'm afraid to slip and gain weight
Im going to be blunt. I lost 50 lbs on atkins shakes and minimal actual food. I gained it right back because not a single part of my plan was sustainable. I literally just broke down and at that point my body was just pissed off. I then couldnt lose weight for a while, Im not sure what was up but my body resisted all my efforts. Im finally making progress again. I suggest you get to whole real foods asap, because you can't drink herbalife forever.0 -

I don't have enough knowledge about what to eat and what not to eat to properly do that0 -

Honesty I'm not picky. Everything basically. But that was the problem0 -
So I gave you an alternative breakfast up thread ...that kind of thing?0

I honestly don't feel like I'm going to fall off of the wagon this time. I already have once. I actually enjoy the shakes for breakfast because they don't taste bad and they fill me up. They are easy to have on the go as I'm usually in a hurry. I'm not saying your wrong at all. I just hope that I have a different experience.0 -

To those who thought I'd gain it all back.. finally found what works for me and I don't have to count calories anymore.0

That's really great. What are your tips for maintaining successfully? I'm very good at losing, but always regain.0

You really have to find what works for you. Since I stopped logging my meals I've just learned to be more reasonable with what's on my plate. For example if I order a meal as soon as I get it, I cut it in half and save the other half for later. I eat small meals every 2-3 hours on the dot and I have been maintaining 165-170 lbs and 12-13% body fat. Also I drink at very minimum a gallon of water a day.3
