I'm debating whether or not I should post this as honestly, I've always had a hard time putting myself out there. Back around october-november of last year, I decided I had enough of looking and feeling like crap. Sometimes I still do think I look like crap :( Anyways. Since then, I've made tremendous progress or at least I think I have. Initially, I was a cardio warrior. I loved running, I loved using the stair master. *kitten* Loved it.

My love for running came crashing down on me when I suffered an injury in my calf that forced me to give up running in order for it to heal.(around Jan) So in turn, this opened the world of lifting for me. Initially, I didn't enjoy lifting until I learned proper form and whatnot. I still love running, but lifting is a whole different ball game in terms of what it can do for your body.

anyways, I didn't take the best pictures for progress and this is the first time I've openly posted them up to be judged (shirtless pics). I'm still learning when it comes to diet and lifting in general but I think I'm doing alright.

Not the best pictures but I don't like taking pictures! Lots of trial and error in terms of diet and fitness but I'm learning! Thanks for taking the time to look at my progress.
