Like a multivitamin or protein shake? I think it's actually not all that uncommon for people to use these. I myself do. I use the multivitamin to help fill any micro nutrient gaps in my diet and will use protein powder occasionally to help my protein intake.
I think the supplements that are frowned upon are the ones that claim to "burn fat" or "speed up metabolism" or well you get the point. All those gimmicky diet pill things that don't do much other than to lighten your wallet and have the potential to cause all sorts of serious health problems.0 -

Yeah, I do a multivitamin daily, and some protein powder/bars from time to time particularly on training days.0

I would advise meeting macros through your diet (mainly protein) so try not to get dependent on the powders. Vitamins, if getting veggies and fruits is hard for you (they're expensive af sometimes) I would definitely get a multi vitamin. Fish oil might be a good supplement if you hate eating fish so consider that too. Supplements aren't necessary to be "healthy" though. but to answer your question...
I use multi vitamins and creatine (you don't need this one)0 -

i take half a multivitamin/multimineral on and off when needed..but, i try to get what i need through foods first.
recently i started eating a small amont (20g) of dried mulberries and get 95% of my V-C from them. they are not bad at all taste wise either.
getting vitamin A from fruits is harder. right now i am trying to eat 56g of diced turkish dried apricots for 22% of daily needs (higest % i found were with these turkish ones). okay tasting if eating with sunflower seeds or something but, think simply eating 2oz of baby spinach (which is barely anything after heating up till they wither) is a lot better and you get at least 100% V-A and like 30% V-C from it..
