Hello!!
I had been losing weight steadily with diet and exercise, but life & my Bipolar Depression kicked in and I gained 40lbs in the past 12 months.
I am 5ft 8.5in tall with an ideal body weight of 145 - 165lbs (I am built with wide hips and decently busty, I have been under 145 and it does not look healthy AT ALL. This ideal weight has been agreed upon with a doctor).
I hope to lose 70lbs in the next 14 months.
15 - 20 by New Yeara Eve.
I have suffered from ednos in the past, getting down to as low as 108lbs... at that point my kidneys were beginning to function incorrectly, I could see my ribcage from the front and back, my period ceased, and I got shingles. My metabolism never recovered, so it is easy to gain and hard to lose weight.
It is important to me to have motivation to do this properly, as it would be quite easy for me to fall back to restriction.
Feel free to add me. (:

Hi, I added you.
If you want to help rev your metabolism try reverse dieting. Take your current calories and add 50-100 calories to your daily calories per week (2000 this week, 2050 the next, 2100,...). I found this helped me kick my metabolism back into full-gear. Also try adding caffeine and spicy foods into your diet because those too help increase your metabolism.0
