Ideal Protein

I've been on the Ideal Protein diet for almost two months and lost over 20lbs. It is great, just really expensive. Has anyone come up with alternatives for their foods?

    Personally I have had great luck purchasing my food on eBay! Less expensive than what our center was selling it for. I know there are alternative foods as well. If you google search IP and look in some of the forums people talk about the IP food alternatives. Best of luck.
