Hello everyone, my name is maria and I'm here to make weight for my competition coming up in dec. I fluctuate between 167-170 when I go to sleep at night. I can't seem to break trough 167. I need advice on how to kick it the extra mile. I'm very active and due that I have intensive heavy weight training I intake more calories.
