I've just completed a 12 week challenge and probably nailed it 75% (unfortunately was sick for a week and was away for few days). I was on 1200 cal per week, exercising 5-6 times per week and lost 3.6 kg (from 66.1 to 62.5) and 18.5 cm. I want to concentrate now on losing body fat and getting more toned
