I had my daughter 5 months ago and my appetite has disappeared. I want to get my curves back and gain a stone. I used to be 91/2 stone before my daughter so this is my goal. Any help would be appreciated

How many calories are you eating now? Do you know how many to maintain?
Your focus should be on nutrient dense foods (nuts, avocado, red meat, fatty fishes, oils, butters, ice cream, bagels, etc... ) if you struggle to get calories.
And if you want to use this opportunity to gain some new muscle, I would start with a structure lifting program like strong curves.0 -
Thanks for your help. I never realised how poor my diet was until I signed up lastnight and worked out my intake has only been the equivalent of one meal a day then the odd snack. I think I've been that busy with baby that I've forgotten to eat and my stomach has shrunk
Will an intake of 2500 be enough per day do u think. This includes meat, eggs, cereals, ice cream , yoghurts etc0 -

That depends. What is your height, weight, age, workout routine. Any medical conditions and do you breast feed?
Also, are you looking to just gain weight (fat), or would you like muscle and fat gains?0 -
My height is 5;5 I currently Weight 8 stone 10. No breastfeeding. I'm 25. Haven't started working out yet. No medical conditions0

Sorry, I edited my post to add the below.

At the min just fat then once the gain begins will start training do add muscle as I'm only petite0

You can probably seem gains around 2000.. so 2500 would definitely do it as well.. The 2000 is predicated on no exercise. So if you are exercising 2250-2500 would be good.
Personally, I would start with a program like strong curves right away. Being new to lifting, you would more likely see muscle efficiencies prior to muscle gains anyways. By waiting, you will prolong the period between efficiency vs new muscle gains.0 -
Good point! Thank you so much massive help0

Also, here is the link to strong curves0
