Recently got a punching bag and I was wondering what you guys would recommend ? half an hour - an hour at a regular pace throwing different style punches ? I've been looking up YouTube videos and different workouts but I'd like an opinion from someone on here (-: thanks

    Sounds like a fun workout option! I've never throw punches on a punching bag (only to the air on an imaginary enemy), but I'd at least ask a professional for guidance & demo to prevent injury since it's actual contact for the fists (or whichever body parts)..?!
