So I started this diet to help gain weight but control the weight with workouts. Is there any meals that are great for weight gain or drinks ?

Calories are what matters when trying to gain weight. When bulking carbs are king, just hit minimum protein and fat goals and the rest can come from carbs0 -

Yep... to expand on why carbs is king.. it's because when you are bulking, hitting 1g per lb of lean body mass is ridiculously easy to hit.
Also, just because you are doing a high protein diet, doesn't mean your fat/muscle ratio will change too much. It's fairly inevitable to gain fat during a bulk.0 -
