Good morning! I've read through many existing members details and it's great to see the support and open discussions. Feel free to add me into your group and I look forward to cheering everyone on! I too need motivation. Today I joined (4) Diet Bet groups, 3 for 30 days and 1 for 6 months to lose and maintain. I'm trying my best to start with the right mindset, eat healthy and enjoy an active lifestyle. It's the rainy season here in Seattle, so the added bonus of community friends is always a plus!
