hello
I'm working very hard to loose weight through diet and excercise but the scales hardly budge...... I'm definitely loosing inches (I can tell by the way my clothes are fitting). Is it normal to loose more inches than weight?

Don't fixate over the number on the scale. There are a number of factors that come into play when you weigh yourself. Personally my weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds. One example of this is when you eat a lot of sodium the day before, you will be holding more water weight. As long as your weight is slowly decreasing over time you're fine.0

Inches lost = getting smaller
People notice inches lost.
Who cares what the scale says? It's just a number and no one (except) your doctor will know it unless you tell them.0
