Hi looking for insole recommendations to put into sneakers.
My sneakers feel a little loose so need something to fill them, if I size down 1/2 size they are too small. I think my issue is high arch. I tried Dr Scholls active insoles and they were too thick, anyone try any other brand with success? Thanks.

I would recommend going to a good running store and having them determine what you really need. They can suggest a good insert that will keep your gait neutral and help with any other issues you may need to have corrected.

Did you take out the original insole in the shoe before you inserted the new one? If not, try that.

Yes I did try that. I am putting them in nike training sneakers and they are too bulky for them.
