Hi all! I'm allotted around 1600 cals a day. I've Been finding it really easy to stay under those calories. Lately I've been burning around 600 at the gym and tonight I'm left with 1000 calories to use up still! I'm completely full from my meals today. What do I do??

And make sure you're not underestimating your food too.0 -
Make sure you are not underestimating your food. It is easy to do.
Then make sure you are not overestimating your calorie burns. It is easy to do.
If both those are in check, add more calorie dense foods. It is easy to do. If you are choosing "light" versions of foods, switch to the regular version. Easy way to add calories without adding more food to eat.0 -
stop doing cardio for more than 20 min0

Sanity check your input/output numbers. If they check out (and they may do), drink calories if need be so you're not crazy tired tomorrow.0

I always prelog my calories and I log everything I do not think I underestimate at all. I follow serving sizes precisely and as far as cardio goes I go by what I plug into the machine at the gym the weight and what not. Maybe I'll try to include more protein drinks throughout the day? I also follow a vegan lifestyle (I usually eat some meat on the weekends ) but I avoid dairy due to allergies. Most of my meals consist of fruits vegs rice beans nuts. Thanks for the help guys!0

How do you measure your portions?
Machines can be, um, generous with calorie estimations.0 -

This. Also I didn't see if you were using a food scale or not. Either way, you want to cut what the machine gives you in half possibly.
If you still have calories left...bank that shiznit for Saturday goodies.0
