Intermittent fasting and calorie cycling.

Today I incorporated calorie cycling into intermittent fasting. I work out in the morning and eat in the evening.

Should my high calorie days be on my strong lift days or on my "rest days?"

It's up to you and how you feel. I don't feel calorie cycling or IF aids weightloss, but will not argue because some people prefer it, but if you want higher cals on workout days cause you feel it gives you more energy then do that, or if you like a little more cals on rest days to enjoy yourself a little more then do that. It's completely a preference and just making sure your weekly net calories add up to your liking.

I'd say lift on high carb days or you can on lc days but do a liquid carb pre workout like maple water I read a quick digesting pre workout carb on lc days is ok.
