Bloating!

Hi everyone!

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have put on about 6-7kgs recently over winter and never feel hungry. Because I never feel hungry I feel like I never get to enjoy food or enjoy clean eating. My mum recently surprised me with funding me a trip to Bali and with summer and bikini season (and departure date!) less than 2 months away (Australia) I would really like to lose the pesky kilos and de-bloat so that I can enjoy eating healthy food. So my question is, what is your tips to debloat? What do you do to feel hunger again? Feel free to add too please

    Log carefully and accurately

    Eat to a defecit across the week

    It is that simple

    I don't understand. If you're never hungry, how are you needing to lose weight?
