Light vs original coconut milk

Does anyone have advice on this issue, I know the lighter option seems to make sense but sometimes a lower fat option is actually less healthy due to what the substitute it for. Your thoughts please.x

Not going to make much of a difference. It's probably the difference between skim milk, 2% and full fat. If you like coconut milk, get the one you like the best.0

I don't about coconut milk, but for juice: "light" always means diluted with water. Which you could do yourself.
Also, the point of consuming coconut is usually the fat, so there's that.

I think the main difference is one is sweetened and one is not. At least the brands I've seen that is the difference (if you mean coconut milk as in like almond milk, unless you mean coconut milk for cooking).0

Light coconut milk has been "skimmed", so there is less of the coconut cream and more coconut water. Some brands add thickeners to replicate the creamy texture of full fat coconut milk, so bear that in mind and check the ingredients.0
