Hey everyone

I am a 19 year old female who is turning 20 in december. I have been overweight since middle school. I am currently a junior in college and weigh around 250 with ny highest ever weight at 255 pounds at 5'6. I really didnt pay attention to my weight gain because overall, my weight is preety evenly distributed. I mean you can tell im overweight but i look no where near 250. Man I have stopped and started so many times in my life and I just want to be healthy again. I have lost 15 pounds probably 2 or 3 times in the last few years then I gain it back and quit .I got down to 238 pounds over the summer by going to the gym 5 days a week and eating somewhat healthy... My problem is portion control. I buy the right foods but cannot seem to putit down when I am full. Enough is enough. My goal weight is 155 pounds with my first goal getting under 200. Just looking for a little motivation :)
