Hey everyone! I've use MFP a bit here and there in the past, and have generally had success with it, but never really stick with it long enough to see substantial changes. I was in better shape back in 2013 compared to now, and I think a lot of that had to do with training for my first race (a 10 mile race, which was a blast). I'd like to try to repeat that success, so I'm planing on finding another event to train for. I'm currently looking to lose about 25-30lbs by spring next year - I tend to get rid of weight quickly when I apply myself, but I have a HELL OF A TIME getting started with that process.
So yeah, I turn to you cool people for some support and friendship! I'm hoping that by interacting with the community a bit, I can get a bit more drive and motivation (and hopefully pass some of the same along to others!).

Hey, good luck i was in a similar situation myself but this time round i've stuck with my program and got some great results. Hope you can do it too sure you will stick at it this time0
