Hi y'all this is Mex. just hoping that this time around my weight loss & fitness journey will become a lifestyle and not another 2 steps forward, 1 step back endeavor. Hope to find the required support and motivation here. Cheers

It's important to understand that it is a lifestyle change. There are many people who need to track calories forever because if they don't, they will fall off the wagon. There will be a lot of times where it feels like its 2 steps forward and 1 step back. There may be weeks that you don't lose or even gain, but it's important to understand and be patient.
