I used to think I binged because I was greedy or due to deprivation . However over a week now I have tracked my binges and triggers . What I have realised is I want go binge when

- I feel stressed
- when I feel tired
- when I feel worthless and have the mind set of " I may as wel binge , u wil never lose weight anyway.

- when someone had MADD a negative comment about my weight


HOWEVER ..... For 8 days I gave been binge FREE

I've had the urges, it's made me mad but ....

Then I think : NO F**k you binge!!!!

Eff you negative comments , negative feelings . Binge eating will only mAke me feel worse!!!! So I'm goin to let the negative comments drive me.

I WILL eat at a deficit

I will LIFT.

And I wil FEEL EFFING GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

I've people wana call me chunky legs or whatever then screw them !

    Use your power to do good! True story: the fact that I struggled with my eating habits and my weight in my 20s, got me into the habit of exercising regularly, and made me a lot more resistant to age-related weight gain. You can do it!
