Hi all,
So recently I discovered this little gem In my local store and I wanted to know if they are OK to eat! I hate eating oatmeal as it makes me go to the toilet ALOT! Since iv been having these i noticed that problem went away + i have more energy in the gym (this may also be down to the tea) I have 5 for breakfast (pre workout) with tea, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 150ml semi skimmed milk with 1 scoop whey.
Ingredients Whole-wheat flour 64.5%, sweetener (isomalt, potassium acesulfame), high oleic sunflower oil 15.5%, vegetable fibre, raising agents (sodium and ammonium bicarbonates), salt, colouring (B-carotene).
Nutrition per digestive
56 calories
Carbs 8.7g
2.2g fat
0.9g protein
<0.5g sugar
0.05g sodium
What do you think?!

I'm sorry I'm confused - what exactly are these?
ETA: Googled them.
Why would you think they are NOT ok to eat? They're just a food like any other. If they fit into your calorie and macro goals, no problem.0 -

The Isomalt and Acesulfame give them their sweet ness. Enjoy them.
