Getting back on track...

I am not new to MFP but I am trying to renew my drive to eat and play healthy!
I had lost over 70 pounds in the last three years and was working hard to stay healthy. Last year I almost lost my father, he spent 40 days in critical condition in the ICU. I started to get off track. Once he was home and healthy I decided to try and conceive. Since I have been off my pill I have experienced multiple health issues which got me even more off track.
I am still working with multiple doctors to get to the bottom of some persistent health issues that have really crippled my exercise routine. I have decided to try and work through this and get back on track. I'd love people who can keep me honest.
I'm 30 years old, still working on trying to start a family, and my short term goal is to get to 200 pounds, a goal that has been hard for me to obtain, from there I'll set new goals.

    Wow amazing transparency, I truly admire your courage and honesty. That family will come before you know it and you'll enjoy every moment. Keep up your faith and everything will fall in place.
