Hey guys
I just had a baby 3 months ago and I'm trying to lose all the weight I gained and even more before the 9 months post-partum mark. I'm 26, 5'9 and 182 lbs. I was 170lbs before pregnancy but I'm trying to lose 32lbs (that will put me at 150 lbs).
I started counting my calories and entering everything in MFP. All tips will be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for weight loss buddies to compare my progress to and motivate each other. So if you are either trying to lose baby weight, lose 30 lbs or are around 5"9 and 182lbs PLEASE feel free to add me.

You can do it! I stopped looking at the scale at my OB checkups when I was 36 weeks pregnant; I was 220lbs then and it was depressing to see the numbers climb up&up. I was 175lbs pre-preg and around 230 (I'm guessing) when I had the baby lol. Yep, I gained close to 60 lbs! I lost the first 40lbs within the first 3 post-partum weeks. Now I got to work my butt off to my goal weight (145 lbs).0
