I made some chicken using KC Masterpiece honey teriyaki marinade and it was the most I've enjoyed chicken in a very long time. So 4oz of the chicken with 1 cup of white rice comes out to 442 calories. Not a big meal but you can add more of one or both and still keep the calories within a reasonable amount for a meal.

I cook the chicken in a pan with the marinade
