Staying on Track

Hi everyone. So I have been tracking for approximately a month and so far have lost five pounds (yay)! The point of this post is that I broke a bone in my foot this past weekend and it's really thrown me for a loop.
I had been taking my dog on walks and cooking/eating out maybe two days a week versus seven (when I do eat out it fits in my calories). Now with my broken foot I have to use crutches or a walker, so my walks are gone and cooking is hard when you can't carry the food you make.
Basically I just need some support Maybe some ideas for exercises I can do until walking is back in my life
