Thanks so much for reading my post! I learned there is no magic bullet for weight loss and fitness. I am ready to take the challenge and am highly motivated. I had to have my gallbladder out last year do to the yo yo weight swings from losing 190 and gaining back 160lbs. I know I can do this if I just wake up and push play. I hope you continue your successes! In 2007 I was 340 lbs and miserable. I had trouble sleeping from gerd. I had mini gastric bypass and dropped 190 lbs fast. I got very sick and was hospitalized 13 times. I eventually started losing my vision due to lack of absorption. I was able to convince my surgeon to reverse my surgery (for free...weird) and gained back all of my weight but 23 lbs. Today was first day I did p90x and I was able to do 40 minutes without stopping. I am ready and hope you are too!

Hi Ken!
Congratulations on starting P90x! I commend you on starting your journey again. I changed my life by doing P90x. Do you have a coach? I just sent you a friend request0 -

I keep tryig to tell people surgery is not the answer, nor is it easy. I too had complications. I had the lap band, then had it reverted to the sleeve. I went from 314 to 185 in less than a year because my lab band wouldn't let anything including water pass. I threw up all the time! I was very sick because of not getting water or any nutrients.
Now I am finally under 200 again, but it's a fight every day. I've learned how to eat a lot better, and I exercise. I would love to do P90X, but my knees are shot. I indoor cycle. Love it and sweat my rear off!!. Just keep with the plan. Make little changes that you can carry on for life, and exercise. You'll do great!0 -
Thanks everyone you have all brought a smile to my face. I will make you all proud!0
