New to MFP, I've been about for nearly a week, I recently seen a photo of me that really just made me give myself a kick up the backside again.
I've just changed my diet and cut out the crap, For 7 days now, I was looking for a way to log this and came across MFP, It makes life so much easier.
I used to lift, had a 140kg deadlift PB (pulled before we knew about our LO hiding in there!), 135kg for reps, That was 2 1/2 years ago now. I stopped lifting due to bad morning sickness.
My partner is a strongman competitor and trains regularly, I have his full support in this.
My long term goal is to be able to change my body enough to compete in fitness modelling competitions, Not something that will be achieved overnight or without a lot of hard work.
It'll be nice seeing everyones progress as well to keep me going
