Anyone got any low calorie desserts using healthier baking substitutes (light butter, coconut flour, unsweetened almond milk, ect.) Giant cookies, brownies, pies, mousse, muffins, ect. For 1 serving. I been craving chocolate chunk cookies and brownies and wish I could have a larger volume of one low calorie and need recipe ideas for one. Thank u so much.

This one isn't exactly a chocolate dessert, but I use it when I desperately feel I need something sweet. Take a large apple and slice it pretty thin. Toss the slices in a skillet with about a tablespoon of water. Sprinkle on some cinnamon (you can also do a tsp of sugar or sugar substitute depending on the variety of apple and how sweet it is) and cook covered until apples are soft. It tastes just like apple pie filling.0

Don't know if you eat packaged foods or not- but i like to eat the fiberone bars with a little coolwhip and topping. I also like the vitatop muffins with half a banana and cool whip. these are low cal and like a decadent dessert0
