Okay so I went missing for a bit. I forgot my old sign in name (it was somewhat close to the one I have now) so I had to make a new account.

If you remember me (someone called hotpickles or hot pickle or something to do with a pickle being hot), please add me again!

A little about myself - I want to exercise for the mind/body/soul experience. I'm not trying to lose a ton of weight, but would more or less like to firm up, stay motivated to exercise, and make wise and healthy food choices. Pretty typical I guess.

My biggest problem is late-night eating, not drinking nearly enough water, not planning my meals during the day, and of course, not exercising as much as I need to be.

I'm 34, from Toronto, and looking for some fitness buddies!
