New to app

New to this app, as of yesterday. I need to lose 15-20 lbs and stay healthy while doing it. Any tips would be appreciated.

    The main thing is to log daily, then you can adjust your calories to get the loss you are striving for. A good start is to try 1200 calories for a few weeks and see if you lose. Don't go below 1000, you need that many for good health. If you would like to be my friend I would be happy to have you!!
