New! Currently on day 3!

Hi all,
Well it turns out I'm around 3lb away from being overweight, so I want to get a head start before it gets out of hand!
I've never been big on meals, I'm terrible for snacking. Saying that I've tried, these past 3 days, to cut right back on the snacking and I've realised how little calories I'm getting from my meals. I've been filling up on empty calories! So a bit of a lifestyle change for me.

Also had a gym work out today. So I'm feeling good, but a long way to go to lose my 14lb. If I could lose it by NYE, I'd be made up. Would love to make some friends on here too!
