What is in your circuit workout?

Mine is

4 circuits of
30s Battle ropes
30s Stand up row
10 Kettle bell swings
10 Medicine ball wall throws
60s row
10 TRX Pull ups
45s plank
And i finish off the workout by running a half mile at 5MPH
