upping calories

I have been eating 1300 to 1400 calories and don't need to lose anymore what should i start at for adding more calories

    Add 75 cals.

    Increase by 100 per day for a week or two (so, go to 1400 per day) and then another 100 for a week or two (1500 per day) and keep adding like that until you reach the point where you aren't losing any more or gaining. You'll need to experiment to find your maintenance level.
