Hi all, I am finding it difficult to get the right balance when at work with my eating, I am on my feet for most of my shift as a nursing assistant but I am always hungry. I have almost got the amount to eat on my breaks sorted but I struggle with the long shift (7:30 to 20:00) I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on things that can help me stop craving food at 9pm I am also gluten free. I am also starting again with losing weight

I find eating LCHF reduces my cravings and hunger. Foods like cheese, nuts, meats, and cream in my coffee tides me over for a few hours0

That is a really long shift!! Maybe consider doing a calorie average for the week: on work days, eat over and on days off, eat under.
I am doing intermittent fasting ( 18:6 some days and other days closer to 20:4). I eat once a day because snacking throughout the day makes me want to eat.0
