I've been lifting weights for nearly 3yrs now and I really enjoy the whole process of watching my body transform. I have finally managed to make it a lifestyle. Most people are here to lose weight, I am however trying to gain weight(muscle). Bodybuilding is not something one learns in a day, there are a lot of trial and error that goes along with it. Ive been eating what is necessary in order to gain muscle (protein,fats, and carbs), but to reach a specific bodyfat (9%) calories play a major role. I found that myfitnesspal app was great for what i needed, and I am on my third day using the app! If there are others out there like me that took this approach for muscle building and want to share their story I'd love to hear it.
