Need some motivation

So the past 3 weeks have been HORRIBLE. I mean, just really bad. I usually workout 5-6 times a week, usually lifting and doing HIIT, but for the past 3 weeks I just have absolutely no motivation. I only worked out probably twice a week for a couple weeks in a row, and I haven't even been to the gym since last Tuesday!! What's worse is that I'm eating complete crap! I don't know why, but I have constant cravings for the worst foods---pizza, cake, ice cream, cookies...EVERYTHING!! I kinda stopped counting calories, and I've had fast food for dinner the past four days. Tonight, I ate a whole pack of oreos. Like, all 12 servings. No lie. I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING OR HOW TO STOP!!! (And no, I'm not pregnant, even though it sounds like it). I used to have muscle definition and for the past month it's been disappearing. Someone push me. Don't be nice about, be aggressive.Tell me straight up that it's bad.
