So this is my second go using MyFitnessPal. The first time went pretty well, I just ended up not having enough time in the day to track my progress or in fact make any more progress at all :neutral:
Well now I've started making big changes, giving myself more time to focus on me as well as everyone else, so here I go!

Now all my friends and family call me crazy for this but I'm sure some of you out there will understand my predicament. My goal is to actually gain some weight and just build an overall healthy body and lifestyle. Any advice, support or simply motivational buddies are more than welcome!!! Feel free to add :smiley:

    Welcome, I'm the same goal. People don't realise that it's,just as hard to gain as it is,loose. Look forward to your journey. Add me If I can help?

    It's so hard to do it healthily! Everyone says 'oh that's easy ..just sit and eat cake all day'.
    Of course, if you want weight gain with added heart disease and diabetes! LOL
    I wish you the best of luck with your journey too and thanks I think I need all the help I can get :smiley:
