My weight loss aids: a kitchen scale, a bathroom scale, my fitbit, a treadmill, a bike, the ability to read and learn about nutrition, a kitchen with working appliances. That's pretty much it.0

Ditto. And it's the best way because supplements/aids/drugs whatever CANNOT be taken for the rest of your life. However, developing a healthy relationship with food and training your brain to see smaller portion sizes as normal and huge ridiculous ones as "crazy" is more forever than diamonds.0
