Motivation and friends?

So, I'm still relatively new.. I've been tracking for awhile between MFP and fitbit.. I have the fitbit charge HR.. I haven't managed to add any friends in either app and think that it would really help me motivation wise just to see what everyone else is doing . my biggest problems are snacking and not actually working out. If anyone can relate to any of this or even just want to be friends, add mee :)
