So this is a little bit embarrassing...

So when I was stretching to work out yesterday I lost my balance and I'm pretty sure I pulled a muscle in my butt when I tipped over. At first I wasn't sure if it was a pull or a charlie horse so I tried stretching it out using some stretches one of the trainers showed me. When I got home I iced it (imagine how ridiculous that looked) and took some Tylenol. I'm feeling a little better this morning but I'm still limping and hurting a bit. Any advice?

rest and if it persists, call a doctor. also use advil or aleve or another otc anti inflammatories rather than tylenol (if possible). tylenol is not an antinflammatory, just a pain reliever0

Sorry, I mis-typed. Most people don't understand the difference so I didn't bother being specific. I actually took 2 ibuprofen. But I'll try resting it a little more as well. Looks like hubby gets to clean the house. Oh shucks!0
